ounce that a bunch of us running the Spectrum Scale user group have been announced as IBM Champions! 2018 is the first year that Storage has had IBM champions and it’s great that the five people involved in Spectrum Scale user events around the world have been accepted into the programme for our work with the community in 2017.
The IBM Champions programme has been around for a number of years and this year, there’s 650 champions covering many IBM products. None of the Champions are IBMers and we have to be nominated for work in the community and assessed by an IBM panel. We also aren’t paid by IBM to be champions.
